Andrew Garfield
Andrew Russell Garfield, born August 20, 1983, is a native of Los Angeles, California. He is an American actor and producer. His performances include The Social Network (2010), The Amazing Spider-Man 2012 and Hacksaw Ridge in 2016. Garfield began his theatre career before moving to television in 2005 with Sugar Rush. He first appeared on screen in Mumbo Jumbo. In 2010, he gained fame for his role as The Social Network. He played Spider-Man, the much-loved character in the new movie version, directed by Marc Webb. He is the son of American Richard Garfield and British Lynn Hillman and has an older brother named Ben. The year 2003 was the time the family moved from the United States to Surrey England. At an early age, he started studying acting classes and participating in school plays. In London, he took his first stage steps at the Central School of Speech and Drama.
