Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our clan. Many people recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my adventures ranging from ups to the downs. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my parents and brother at the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for perseverance and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even share my story. So that they could give their children a chance at a more successful future, I focused on success and worked hard to achieve it. My life was set out: I would attend university, find an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. I thought that was the definition of success. However, but life was not so sure to demonstrate what success meant. It was 2013 when I discovered that I didn't like working in my company job. Status and money did inspire me. I thought I wasted my time to earn money. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others as I navigated towards this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own business. It's rare to meet an Asian woman in this business. To lead in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and help others live an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to meet their needs and to reach their goals. It is my goal for me to help others chase their dreams, and to live the lives they have always wanted. My career was beginning to flourish, I experienced the biggest loss in my life, my mother's passing away. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will always remain in my thoughts and my mind. It is possible to learn from life, even though we may not be able to see it now. The loss of my mother affected me greatly and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance in life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. She had her chance to begin her new life, and I got my second shot at an enjoyable and satisfying life. In my 30's I feel alive and aware of the fact that I am living now rather than merely living as I did in the past. My life is shared with you in hopes that you will resonate by my experiences and words for you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one, to realize that you're more than capable of whatever you set your mind to the fact that real love is there and therapy is a necessity and normal to be healthy is truly the most valuable asset. Only one life is yours. I want you to live it to the fullest.
